This golf clubhouse was built by Viscomi Hansard Builders Inc. for a private golf community in Flagler County, Florida. The building complex, completed in 2008, consists of a 4600 square foot clubhouse that has indoor/outdoor dining and kitchen facilities, a pro shop, and public restrooms. A 4100 square foot cart barn for electric cart storage and service is located in close proximity. RSA Architects LLC assisted in site planning, development and provided the design, construction documents, consultant coordination, field observation services, and marketing art.

RSA Architects provided comprehensive construction documentation for a 60,000 square foot outdoor play facility featuring playable areas for children with a wide variety of disabilities. The facility is available to children of all ages, religious, ethnic or racial backgrounds and is the largest fully accessible playground park in Northeast Ohio. Preston’s H.O.P.E. is located on the property of The Mandel Jewish Community Center in Beachwood, Ohio.

The Wembley Club located in Chagrin Falls, Ohio is a 14,000 square foot building that includes five indoor/outdoor cushioned asphalt tennis courts, three outdoor asphalt tennis courts, and two Har-Tru courts. A full service restaurant and bar as well as a Billiards and Cards Library is part of the main building. The Wembley Club is a multi-level building in response to the project site conditions. It features men’s and women’s locker rooms, a fitness center, a 4,000 square foot year-round pool and Tiki Bar surrounded by a stunning fish pond, beach volleyball court, bocce ball, shuffleboard, an enclosed toddler pool and lush landscaping. RSA Architects provided design, site planning, construction documents, consultant coordination, and field observation services as well as ongoing site development, additions, and renovations to the original facility.

The 8,600 square foot tenant build out for a digital marketing communications company in Commerce Park Beachwood, Ohio was a former warehouse space.
