Blue Skies

Knez Homes and RSA Architecs have been hard at work developing this site along the Shoreway, east of Downtown Cleveland. This 3.9 acre site will be home to 48 townhomes, 88 apartment units, and approximately 10,000 square feet of commercial space. The leading focus of the design is to create a walkable urban neighborhood with easy access to local amenities. On-site walking paths and close proximity to local biking and hiking trails will allow residents and visitors alike to easily travel downtown and beyond. The buildings have been oriented to maximize views of the lake and the downtown skyline. All residential buildings have been designed with roof decks and balconies to help achieve this goal.

This project has recently been granted approval by the Downtown/Flats Design Review Committee and the City Planning Commission.
